The Florida Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (FLCARH) won the award for State Affiliated Association of the Year as determined by the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH) . Kevin Flynn, President of FLCARH, was able to accept the award this month at the CARH conference in Santa Barbara, California. Also in attendance from FLCARH were board members Judy Joehl of Hallmark Management and Ben Zeigler of SweetWater Restoration. FLCARH was recognized for its excellence in its programs, services and management during 2024. This is the second time FLCARH has been recognized as CARH’s State Affiliated Association of the Year.
